Lead Pool
The Lead Pool widget is designed for managers to select and assign deals to themselves under limited permissions (managers can only see their own deals and contacts, but with the widget they can assign other deals to themselves).
Key features and capabilities of the widget:
- Ability to specify in the Lead Pool the users who can accept deals;
- Ability to define in the Lead Pool the statuses from which deals are added to the Lead Pool;
- Ability to set a list of exclusion tags — if any of these tags is present, the deal is not added to the Lead Pool;
- Ability to specify the status for transferring a deal when a user accepts it;
- Ability to indicate what deal and contact information should be shown to the user in the Lead Pool before they claim the deal (field contents, names, tags, deal creation date, number of characters in phone numbers and e‑mails of the main or first contact);
- Ability to configure an unlimited number of Lead Pools with individual rules;
- Ability to set limits on the number of deals a user can have at certain stages. If the limit is reached, the user cannot claim a new deal from the Lead Pool.
