Call Monitoring


The widget checks whether a call was made within the specified time and duration since the lead moved to the selected status. If no call was made, a notification is sent to the sales manager (or another assigned person).

Key features and capabilities of the widget:

  • The widget is configured in the digital funnel;
  • Set the call duration and the timeframe within which the call must be made;
  • Choose the type, duration, and text of the notification task for monitoring;
  • Select the responsible person for monitoring, including different responsible persons for different user groups.

Widget payment
