Merge Leads

The Merge Leads widget allows you to combine two leads from the same responsible user — either by closing one of the leads (with the “Duplicate” tag applied) or by creating a new lead (in this case, both original leads are closed with the “Duplicate” tag).
Our widget merges leads WITHOUT ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS.

• Control of a single responsible user when merging leads;

• Choice of the contact associated with the resulting lead;
• Ability to transfer tasks from the lead being closed.
