Deals Routing
The Deals Routing widget by bizandsoft enables automatic distribution of leads (deals) coming through various channels to designated employees. With our widget, you get automatic, prompt distribution (within 2 minutes) of leads at any stage of the sales funnel, taking into account individual work schedules and the workload of each employee.
Key features and capabilities of the widget:
- Select a distribution scheme — round‑robin or by workload:
- Round‑robin: the lead flow is automatically distributed among available managers.
- By workload: if a manager has many pending tasks, the system automatically assigns the lead to a more available manager.
- Configure distribution only during working hours, based on each employee’s schedule.
- If a contact from a new deal existed previously and has an assigned manager, the deal can also be assigned to that same manager.
- Distribute specific deals within a defined group of employees. One employee can belong to multiple groups and receive leads (deals) matching different conditions.
- Filter deals for distribution by: sales funnel type, tags, deal status, deal creator, or any custom field.
- Enable re‑distribution (if a deal hasn’t been processed within a certain timeframe, it is re‑entered into the distribution queue).
- Set a limit on the number of overdue tasks to restrict lead assignment to a manager.
- Define tags and responsible persons to exclude from distribution.
