When using this widget to copy a lead, you can set up a check: is there already a lead for this client in the selected funnel/stage? Depending on the widget settings:

If a lead is found — do not create a copy, do not change the found lead;
If a lead is found — do not create a copy, move the found lead to the specified stage;
If no lead is found — create a new lead at the specified stage.

Key features and capabilities of the widget:

Select the amount of information to copy when duplicating a lead;
Set up a custom task in the new lead based on the client’s temperature;
Configure the fields to be copied in the new lead;
Copy notes.
