Lead Duplicate Search


While working in kommoCRM, duplicate leads are often created. This complicates the work of managers. To solve issues related to lead duplicates, we recommend using the functionality of the “Lead Duplicate Search” widget.

Key features and capabilities of the widget:

  • Search for duplicates by lead name;
  • Search for duplicates by shared contacts of leads;
  • Search for duplicates by shared companies of leads;
  • Search for duplicates by matching lead fields;
  • Select pipelines where duplicate search will be performed;
  • Configure search to run only in active pipeline stages or across all stages, including closed ones;
  • Merge found duplicates via the standard lead merging interface;
  • Set up automatic merging of detected duplicate lead groups.
