Task Control
With this widget, you can track timely task completion, which will help increase the discipline and responsiveness of managers. Timely communication with the client is one of the key factors for successful customer work!
Key features and capabilities of the widget:
- When a task is completed, the following fields are recorded and displayed: Task Assignment Date, Scheduled Completion Date, and Deviation of Actual Completion from Scheduled. Missed deadlines are highlighted in red;
- If a task is not completed on time, a new task is assigned to a higher‑level (or supervising) employee with labels such as "Pay Attention" or "Take Action". You can specify employees to be monitored, who is in control (Responsible in the new task), select a sales pipeline, deal stage, tag, task type for monitoring, and set at what delay a new task should be created;
- To monitor the number of overdue tasks, you can add an additional task type called "Strike" (or another custom type) alongside the main user task. By counting the number of "strikes" within a period, you can assess the timeliness of task completion;
- You can set up custom control tasks for each pipeline/manager/task type/missed deadline duration;
- In the task list, when viewing completed tasks, the delay time is also displayed (based on settings, for tasks modified in the last month);
- You can set up statistics collection for overdue tasks, which will show all delays by responsible person for the selected period: task ID and type, task assignment date and time, violation date and time, and a link to navigate to the entity.
