Last Touch
The widget will track the dates or the date and time of the latest communication with clients and keep this information up to date on a continuous basis.
Key features and capabilities of the widget:
- Filling in an additional field in the Contact, Company and/or Deal with the date of the latest communication with the client;
- Ability to select which actions are considered a "touch": incoming and outgoing calls, chat messages (incoming and outgoing), SMS messages (incoming and outgoing), field changes, adding notes, changing the deal stage;
- Selecting users whose "touches" will be counted. You can also enable tracking of automatic "touches" (performed on behalf of the "Robot" user);
- Recording a "touch" when a field is changed (available in the advanced plan);
- Defining which CRM entities the date of the last "touch" should be recorded in;
- Recording the "touch" counter and the name of the user who performed the "touch" in entity fields;
- When recording the date of the last "touch" in a Deal, you can set a rule for finding the appropriate deal: select the newest or oldest deal at certain stages;
- The date and time of the last "touch" are recorded in additional fields of the corresponding type in a unified format. This makes it easy to use data entered by the widget into CRM entity cards for further automation — both with other widgets and via the built‑in Salesbot functionality in kommo CRM;
- Simple and intuitive settings interface: only necessary options — field mapping and conditions for selecting the appropriate Deal;
- Option to enable recording the date of the first "touch" instead of the last one in the fields.
